Absolutely incredible selection! Friendly, helpful staff and great sandwiches for anytime of the day. Make sure to try their meatballs and butchers cut burgers as well as all their steaks and bacon. Oh yea, the sausages are incredible as well! My favorite butchers in Miami!

In addition to supplying the best restaurants in Miami, the storefront in Miami Shores offers Proper Sausages and other products to those of us who can't go without for home use. I've eaten every sandwich on the board and can say with impunity that they are all amazing. The only thing they need to do to improve is expand! And maybe open three or four other retail spots all around Miami.
