This is absolutely  the worst cake company I've ever ordered from. I arrived 10 minutes early to pick up a cake that doesn't even look like the final invoice that was confirmed. It looked like a 2 year old made my cake. Everything was off  and the cake assistant attempted to claim what they could not do. So why even take my payment?  Furthermore my birthday dinner party begins at 7pm  and it's now 6:30pm as I'm waiting for them to fix a fondont cake. Im in this industry and has never seen anything like this. Pictures will be posted and you be the judge. I warn all who are potentially planning to order from here for major event such as a wedding, birthdays, anniversaries not to. Please don't allow them to ruin your big day.

Thank you for a wonderful Birthday Cake for my husbands 70th! It was a hit and you made it easy to order and delivers as we were visiting from out of state. Highly recommend

Ordered a cake for my wife birthday it was designed just like the photo I gave em and was very moist and delicious as well as completed on time, wifey love it. Not mention this was my 3rd choice as the other companies in the area didn't respond to my request thanks a bunch.

I'm only giving one start because I cannot write a review. I wanted to order bachelorette cake from them since we will be coming to miami from May 18-21st. Honestly, it's been almost 2 weeks since I have contacted them about wanting to order a cake. I have not gotten any single email replies from them. Every time I call, all they tell me is wait till we reply. I even tell them I'm willing to talk to you guys over the phone and order right now. Seems like to me they could care less about the business they will get from me. I have LITERALLY called them FOUR TIMES wanting to order. They simply REFUSED to even cooperate with me. Their reply every single time, someone will email you soon!

I'm glad they have not replied to them yet or even tried to get in contact with me. If they don't value their customer now, just imagine what would've happened if I ordered bachelorette cake from them!
