This place will never get my business! I've never been one to want to leave a review on a business but what I experienced here I wasn't going to let it go. I came to this place ready to buy a bike. There was a kid who asked me if I needed help. I let him know I was interested in buying a bike he helped me, showed me a couple, let me test ride it I was happy picked the bike I was going to buy got to the register and realized I forgot my wallet, he told me if I knew my card number he could do it manually , I just so happened to have it. I gave it to him he tried numerous times it was not working, there was a young girl who was at the register who tried to help too. She could not get it to work. Then this manager walked by, did not offer to help, did not ask what the problem was, just drinking his soda , the kids turn to him inform him of what was going on, even with the fact I was standing right there he says to the kids, "that's not my problem". Then the young girl turns to the kid that was helping me and says "yeah that's not my problem" Then the kid then turn to me and tell me sorry they couldn't get it to work. I don't know the managers name, but he had grey hair slicked back. I'll never go back there again, I ended up going to Bicycle Heaven and bought a $2,300 bike. The staff over there is great and I won't go any where else. And every person that has any interest in getting I bike stear them away from this place.

Awesome store!  I bought 2 bikes here in the past 3 months.  Trade ins for kids bikes are handled fairly.  Repairs are handled quickly and expertly.  Helpful staff greet you at the door to help find your solution.
