Recently I had written a pretty scathing review of this shop. It was done in the heat of the moment when I was frustrated with one of the Spin Doctors. Recently during a chance encounter with the store manager, he asked me about the incident. He apologized for what happened and gave a very good explanation about what occurred. He also advised me if I ever had any issues in the future to reach out and contact him. He further explained things they were doing to further enhance the customer service experience at Performance and insight on the new store under development. We spent a good 30 minutes just talking about the store and some more apologies were issued about my experience. Two things stand out here. Number 1, he remembered me as a customer and had actually read the review I left. Number 2, he took the time to re-assure me that Performance has my back as a customer service provider and was eager to make that bad experience right for me. It was enough for me to realize why I enjoyed this store to begin with. I moved it up to 4 stars just because I haven't been back since the incident and I'm eager to see how things are now.

Jack helped my wife and I select and purchase a bicycle today. I have ridden for 20 plus years and recently my wife, new to cycling want to join me. With Jack's help, she selected a good entry level bike that fit her perfect and was very comfortable. Even though it was lower cost bike Jack and the other guys treated us like we were buying a $2000 bike. I can highly recommend this shop

Awesome shop, with great customer service. Eric helped me with a repair and taught me a little about the adjustment he was making. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I also had a look around while waiting, and they have a good selection of many types of bikes and accessories. I'll definitely be coming back!

Outstanding service and support! I bought a hybrid bike a few weeks ago and rode it each weekend and just didn't feel like the right fit so I went back to the store and they said I could just switch it out for something else! One of the pros then stopped what he was doing and spent an hour with me going through different options and helping me try different bikes until I was 100% happy. The manager didn't even charge me the  $40 "cleaning fee" so I paid nothing. So refreshing to see genuine great customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help!
