I brought in two bike to get  refurbished. Both needed new tires and chains greased, and they said they would wash them. The next day they gave me a really high quote, I asked if they could do any better on the pricing and was told the could take 25 dollars off. This made it a bit more reasonable of a price but still on the high side. They did everything but didn't check my brakes or wash the bikes. Mixed feelings on this transaction, neither good or bad. Just make sure you are extremely clear on what is getting done and what the costs are otherwise you'll be disappointed because these guys cut corners. 2.5 stars out of 5.

My experience is always excellent at Bike World. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Good service for getting a bike repaired.  BUT the young people who work there are arrogant and rude.  The older people are nice  Very little mindfulness in America today and the customer service of the young people is cold.  They don't treat you like a human being, just like a dog.
