The bike came in the mail for my girlfriend and it has the wrong part. Customer service is terrible, they give you 2 phone numbers, and one of the numbers doesn't even work (you get a recording saying the number has been disconnected). The one phone number that does work, they do not answer, and instead you get an answering machine that tells you to email them. Now when you email any of the 3 emails I have tried for them, I get a kick-back message stating that the message failed to send. It has been two business days with no contact, which is unacceptable as far as customer service is concerned. I am unsure how else to contact them! *UPDATE: I finally got the part I need 2 weeks later, so it took 2.5 weeks and 15 emails (over 10 days since they don't get back to you quickly) to finally get the bike with all its correct parts. Like another post said, they do not have a customer service number (which is quite annoying) so you have to do everything by email. Well, I finally did get the part I needed for the bike, which was great. The bike works (the handle bars are spread quite far (30", so its a bit difficult to drive and stay clear of cars). It's not bad, but I had to spend an extra $50 to get the bike tuned when I finally received it since everything wasn't working very well (Brakes and Gears, probably from shipping). All-in-all it was good for the price, but I had to put another $50 into it anyway, and customer service was very inefficient So, the rating went from a 1 star to 2 stars

First things first, this company bribes people with freebies to leave good reviews on Yelp/Google. If you submit a "will call" form, you can see the offer. In store, they're helpful before you buy a bicycle and nice enough people. After you buy... they gave me 10 different stories trying to reject warranty claims. 1) They said it wasn't covered by warranty because it was a "demo" bike, and therefore was not covered by warranty, despite it being advertised with a warranty. 2) They request photos of the problems, then later they claim they can't judge problems by photos and it has to be brought in. 3) They claimed they could not ship warranty parts, despite being primarily a mail order business, and you have to drive to their warehouse to get warranty parts. 4) They claimed disassembling the parts in order to grease them and adjust them, which is normal maintenance, voids the warranty, even though the warranty does not say that. 5) They claim if a part can not even be installed or attached to the bike because it is obviously damaged and does not work as intended, but they can make it fit by forcing it in, for a part that is not intended to be forced, it's not defective, even though if you assembled the bike that way it would void the warranty. 6) They refuse to acknowledge that the frame being out of standard bicycle specifications causing loose parts is a problem, and only their mechanic, who is paid by them to reject warranty claims, can decide if it's a problem. 7) They claim if they can make it "work", it isn't defective, even if it won't work correctly, because according to them a bodged together bike with loose parts isn't defective if it "works" according to their mechanic, ignoring if it works correctly. 8) They sent the wrong size pedals for one piece cranks and won't send the 1/2" pedals the bike was advertised as coming with. 9) They still won't give the correct pedals, even after admitting that the pedals are actually a problem. 10) 10 was a slight exaggeration. Don't expect the bicycles to be good quality, and don't expect the warranty to be worth anything at all.

Wide variety of selection and some parts & accessories. They do sell their stuff online but going to their showroom is Way better than shopping online because you can see, touch, and inspect the product before you buy. Wish they sell folding bike, too.

If you want to see beautiful women and nice bikes this is the place to go. I walked in there confused about what bike to get and wasted hours there looking. The staff there are very patience and very helpful. I finally decided and returned the next day to the same friendly staff that took good care of me. Even the warehouse personal was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend and will return to this bike shop. Thanks
