I was very pleased with the friendly, helpful service I received.  Everyone I spoke with over the phone displayed a wide range of product knowledge, and was able to answer all of my questions with no delay.  When I arrived at the shop I received a warm welcome, and invited to look around the shop while my order was completed.   I placed my order with the greatest of ease and confidence based on the information I was provided, I decided to have the bike assembled prior to getting picked up; when I arrived to pick up my beach cruiser I was very pleased with my selection.  The bike was assembled professionally and the staff made me feel very confident about my selection.  J Bikes has a great staff that is able to sufficiently answer all my questions.  I would definitely recommend J Bikes for anyone in the market for a new bike.

Excellent quality and timely delivery. My daughter loves her bike. She feel in love with beach style bikes while we were in Florida and when we found J bikes online she loved it. It has been a hit!!

I ordered a GreenLine lift off, mesh bottom, small, brown bike bakset from your company. I was pleased with the shipping method/time, which matched what was stated on your website. My basket arrived in good condition. Packaged well. The color was exactly as pictured. The basket size said small, but Is a very nice "standard" size, in my opinion. Seems to be of good sturdy quality and looks great on my bike. This was my first time ordering from J Bikes. They were the only company to carry the exact color of basket I wanted. I will be sure to check their products for any future bike needs I have!

I love my bike! I ordered it online on Thursday and it was ready for pick up on Friday! Super fast delivery and assembly! I will be sending a few of my friends here for bikes.
