I could not find the location for the HUNTINGTON BEACH store, but this review is for the HB store  not City of Industry. However, the same company owns 4 locations. 
I turned my bike in for a tune up and it came back WORSE OFF than when I turned it in. I would love a conversation with the mechanic that did the work on my bike and find out if they did an inspection of the work prior to giving it back. My rear brake worked well when I turned the bike in now on right after picking it up it does not work at all. They also left my seat so loose it is a safety issue. Liz who I shared my concern with over the phone displayed wonderful customer service (at HB store). I would recommend going elsewhere for a tune up (cost $69 at green line) as the mechanic that worked on my bike did a worse job than I would have done myself.

I purchased a classic bike from Greenline and loved it. When I ordered the bike over the phone they said "come in and we will adjust it to you". I had no problems with the bike at all.When I got a flat tire I took it in to them and they serviced it with no problem. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a classic bike or beach cruiser.
