A good bike shop is hard to find. This place is a gem. These guys are great: friendly and knowledgeable.

I had purchased my son a bicycle from aToys-R-Us and after spending an hour (literally just on brakes) I accidentally broke the brake cable. I looked for replacement cables but couldn't find any "in-store", and since I had already told my son I would take him to ride his brand new bike the next day I needed something fast. I found Bikers Choice and went in as soon as I could. The guy who helped me was so nice and told me what I had done wrong and the the brakes were on backwards (which I didn't do, either the supplier or Toys-R-Us had done) I asked if he could just fix the bike for me and he said sure. I told him I needed it asap and he was able to fix it in about an hour! I was so happy and the price was very fair! The part alone would've cost me about $9 to order online and they did everything including turning the brakes the right way for under $15! I will definitely be taking my bikes here for servicing from now on!

very disappointed in this place. I took two bikes in two weeks ago to get serviced, brakes needed to be fixed and tires aired up and they where low on air. I was told they would look the bikes over and let me know if anything else needed to be done. They called a few days later to let me know bikes where ready to be picked up. Everything was great with the bikes brakes fixed tires aired up. Reasonable prices also. I got the bikes home and one of them had a flat tire the tube had a hole in it. Took the tire back in today to have it fixed and was told that was not part of the service i received two weeks ago and they would have told me if they aired the tires up. I said the tires where nearly flat so i know you aired them up. Cost me $14 to get a tube replaced that i could have gotten at Wal-mart for $3.49 I do not care to do business with someone who does not stand behind their work.., its not the money, its the way it was handled. was thinking about purchasing a new bike from them. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !
