Bought a pair of pink Nikes online, they were shipped from the Rivergate store to my home. The shoes arrived August 6 and were black not pink. My daughter wanted pink ones, instead of returning them that day, I just ordered a second pair. The second pair comes and it’s the right shoes, however, they didn’t fit. I took both boxes with 2 separate receipts, 2 operate orders in for a return, and the manger refused to let me return them, stating they didn’t match the receipt. The shoes they sent me in the exact box I tried to explain to him several times what happened, while I’m explaining it,  every employee is gathered around laughing at me, so I point this out to him. He tells me that they aren’t laughing at me, just laughing in general, even though they are all starting directly at me. He refused to let me return the brand new shoes that were shipped from that store just because it didn’t match the receipt. I called Opry Mills store and the manager said she would be more than happy to let me return the shoes and couldn’t understand why the rivergate store couldn’t do their job. Said it was an easy fix. The Rivergate Finish Line employees are all very rude and unprofessional, I have shopped at finish line for years and I have 3 teenagers so I’m in the store often, I will never purchase another pair of shoes from Finish Line after the way I was treated in the Rivergate store. Will be calling corporate on Monday. If I treated someone in my place of business in this manner, I would have been fired on the spot.

Came in and it was close to closing so trying to make my purchase quick and easy. Ja’mya and Jordan had the worst attitudes. Hardly spoke to any customers and when they did they were extremely unpleasant and RUDE. Then the manager started cussing and screaming at Jordan from the back in front of everyone. Very unprofessional, this store needs some serious work.

Quit backdooring all the inventory bre/Brit /Jamel sanders and whoever else we are watching you and so is NIKE!!! Your ripping off everyone and stealing !!!

It’s kind of weird how deserted the mall is nowadays. Finish Line is at the very end in the corner. They don’t carry nearly as many good shoes as they used to, but I made do. I will say that a girl came up and asked if I needed help and she was excellent! She gave me some great advice on basketball shoes.

Darius was very helpful. I made it clear that I was just there to try on a couple pairs and this was probably only 15 minutes before they closed and  they were happy to help me out. It is one of the cleanest and most new feeling stores in the mall. All in all a great retail experience, especially in what is mostly a crummy mall.

Went in to buy running shoes.  The staff was very courteous, and helpful.  Even though I was being helped by another staff member, I was asked if I needed assistance by I think each person working there.  Most would find this annoying, but everyone in this store was so polite.  I had many questions and the guy helping me went out of his way to look up what I wanted on the Internet.  I'd definitely go back to this location in the future.

Already had in mind the shoes I  wanted to purchase from Finishline. No one approach me or my sister. The music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. I looked at the cashier twice for assistance I didn't get any eye contact from no one. The shoes I was going to purchase was the Nike ashin modern 2 pairs. Since I didn't get anyone to service me I will make a trip to Lebanon outlet mall to purchase them and get an additional 20% off. Shame I have to go out of my way to get the shoes I want when I'm only one exit from the rivergate mall.

Before I posted this I decided to visit all of the finish lines in the area. Turns out they are all the same. The employees really only want to help you because they are on commission. There bad enough to the point where as soon as I walk in they say "which one did you try on"? They also act so irritated to help, as if its not there JOB.  There shoe selection is ok but its not something I would hang around there and be hustled for. I wouldn't be going back even if its free show day or something, because I feel like they would still be rude over and over.

Bad customer service went into store to see if they had a shoe did not get assistance 3 sales rep standing around hanging out talking tries to ask for assistance ignored me still continue talking and a man came from back very nasty attitude still no assistance didn't even try to assist to see if they had shoe in stock
