While I think DICK'S generally trades in high prices, this has been a good location for me.  Great, ample lot.  Well-organized store.  Good service.  They do tend to have a better shoe selection than most.  I also find them great for certain gear, like shelter, bags, and packs.

Great products and associates to assist you. Some prices are high, but there are always various sales going on. Check out their website as well to find additional deals.

The two guys that helped me pick out a kayak were extremely helpful, they were both knowledgeable about the products, and really helped me make up my mind on which one to get. They were more helpful than Academy and Bass Pro Shops.

We went to the fishing department and there was wopper ploppers on the end cap and the 130s were 12 99 and we got one went up front it rung up 16 99 and then we told them that they were 12 99 he went back there clearly saw them that said 12 99 and then tries to charge us 16 99! Like what and then they were like they said 16 99 when it clearly said 12 99 like come on we eventually left and never bought anything. Hate it
