Lucky was I that Bikes & Boards was open on 4th of July weekend, was not so lucky to get a flat tire though!! The manager Windy was very polite and personable, not to mention very tech friendly. She got me back on the road in no time, and couldnt have asked for better service. Thanks again Windy

We've reserved bikes there for three years. Never had a problem. The price is right!  We'll be renting them again this year.

Reserved rental bikes site unseen since the website looked OK, and prices were right for weekly rental.  Turns out, you get what you pay for!  Returned the bikes nearly immediately -- terrible condition, nearly unrideable.  Brakes barely operational, loose seats, loose chains, bent wheels, bald tires.  Store is a perfect candidate for an episode of "Hoarders".  No refunds, but I took it as a lesson learned -- spend a little more, go elsewhere!

They both go out of their way to make customers happy and work hard to make things right. It's a small operation that is getting harder and harder to find these days.
