Super knowledgeable and friendly! Fast and reasonably priced. I've been to the other bike shops in town and agree with other reviewers that it was an uncomfortable experience-either because of the attempts at a hard up sell/snotty sales people/condescending staff.
This place is the exact opposite.

I have my bike 2days and got a flat. I went to Rich's 
and had it fixed in a few minutes. Customer service is outstanding. He was friendly and curtious and showed me that the tube was a factory defect. The tube was twisted and split.Thank You Rich's

Went here once and twice for tubes for bicycle and custom bicycle trailer. It not that cheap stuff. So very happy. Only problem is I found out my trailer project needs a welder witch I don't have. But thank god for rich bike shop... XD haha

THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!! The last of a generation helping the little guy...helping those that may not be wealthy! These are the only folks that will ever touch my bicycles! They even built me a nice mountain bike to fit me personally for a great price. They have plenty of reasonably priced bikes in stock, and can fix your bike while you wait most times. I have seen the neighborhood kids come in with flat tires and no money, but that doesn't keep Rich from sending them home back in the saddle. What a fantastic example for these youngsters!!  Keep up the great work folks!!
