Truly the worst customer service I have ever received. My friend and I went to Louie's for help with a flat tire and the second we walked in the man we spoke with began shaking his head and treating us as though we were beneath him because we attempted to solve the problem ourselves. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable as he would ask us questions as though we were unintelligent. We figured this was simply because we are young women but quickly realized this was not the case when a gentleman walked in after us asking for help as well and he treated him the exact same way. We are coming to you for help and clearly he was only there to sell and make a commission. He was extremely polite with the couple looking to purchase a bicycle from him but if you are going to have something fixed, choose somewhere else. I work in customer success so I understand the importance of being polite and understanding and I also understand having a bad day. But NOBODY deserves to be treated the way we were today.

I have been here once or twice, they have a very large selection. The prices are higher than I expected, but I was looking for a kids bike. If I needed a high quality bicycle I would buy it here.

Love this place. Very friendly. Super helpful. I've had a few repairs done here and they've always taken care of me. Just bought a new bike today and had one cleaned up for my wife. These guys are awesome.

They are rude if you ask to use a debit or credit card for under $20.00. I was trying to make a purchase of $5.95 plus tax and was told they didn't accept cards for under $20.00. I said I could use a debit acrd and was told They don't have a pin pad in a rude manner. I left and said I would go elsewhere. The owner followed me to the parking lot to tell me he had a sign up to advise people of this policy and that is the way he has done it for 25 years. I didn't see the sign because the place is a cluttered mess. I have made several high dollar purchases there in the past. I will never set foot in Louie's Bicycles again.
