The review would be better IF the staff were friendlier. I just left there( Rosedale..4:20pm). The black female on the register was not smiling, didnt say welcome, thank you...just bad customer service.

March 21st- First day of spring but I could not tell because of the SNOW/ICE MIX.....I went to Bill Bateman’s hoping to get wings for the wonderful Tuesday special. I purchased 10 wings and paid extra for the flats. When I arrived home, to my surprise I had in one box (honey Obay wings) 4 drumsticks and 1 flat, I quickly open the 2nd box (garlic parmesan) and the same situation 4 drumsticks and 1 flat. I called to speak to the manager, Kierra, only to be told that the next time I come I can get wings I would have to purchase and I could get the flats for free.....saving me .75cents.......
I called about an hour later hoping to order my wings so they would be hot and ready upon my arrival....
I was told on the phone, they had a shortage on the flats and my order could not be taken over the phone. 
I arrived the store about 10 minutes later (in hopes to get my money back) with my receipt and the uneaten drums sticks and the one eaten flat from each flavor. They made my order again. This time I checked the box it was 4 obay wings Flats, and 4 Garlic Parmesan FLATS! Am I appreciative that my order was correct (this time) after I had to drive back to this establishment (in this weather) for them to correct their mistake. Needless to say, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED that you are LITERALLY GOING TO PUT 4 WINGS in each box (after I returned because of your error. Certainly not sure I would return to this Bill Batemans anymore.

I just wanted to say that I have been coming here for a number of years on Tuesday for the wings when they were like .25 now they are .79 I do understand the price came up which is fair but a couple of times I came there I got almost all the drums like 15 out 20 so I finally ask If I could get a equal amount of the drums and a equal amount of the flat ones she said we can't promise that that would happen end i told her that the last time I got almost all the drums still she said the same thing but this time only in a nasty way so I left shamefully no big deal i just drove up bullseye BBQ on Belair rd got what l wanted and for a better price Sorry Billy Boy I Will Not Be Returning
