If anyone is looking for a trusted mechanic these guys are it! I was recommended to them when I changed the battery on my car and afterword when you put it in gear it would stall out. I called many people who wanted to have me tow the car to them so they could run diagnostics. Bill Binns shop told me it was an anti theft program and that I needed to reset the ECU. They explained how and that I would need to drive it on the freeway for 15 minutes after and around town for 10 minutes to re program everything. I did what they said and it worked. They saved me hundreds of $$$. I know, without a doubt, they are not here to rip anyone off, they are honest, kind and most of all trustworthy. Any future needs I will be seeing them!

Misdiagnosed an issue with my car and overcharged me for it.  I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car anywhere else besides Bill Binns. In all seriousness I would have been better off taking my car to the zoo and paying a chimpanzee to fix my car.

I'm thankful to have found this shop after many fails.  They know diesels and have the equipment needed to diagnose any problems.  In my first few visits right away I noticed all the other companies (including the Forest Service) with commercial diesels already being serviced and repaired at the shop.  I'm confident that this is a shop I can trust.  Danny sourced my issues and got my work truck back on the road.  Him and Bill were easy to work with.  No games.  No surprises.  I'm going to go to them for all my truck service needs and repairs.

Took a truck to bill, after being told the fuel leak was repaired drove home to find the leak was still there. Bill sent a mechanic to my house to make it right. I appreciate the level of courtesy.
