I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism of this company. I could not be more pleased with the service! I called Bill Howe at 8:30am and explained a major plumbing issue that I feared would put me out of my house for days. I was offered an opportunity to schedule an appointment for the 9am to 12pm window for the same day. In less than an hour of my initial phone call, I was contacted by Giovanni who had arrived at my house ready to complete the repair. His availability to work around customer schedules blew me away. He clearly established the project goals, took the time to effectively communicate his recommendation to me and quickly took action to complete simultaneous repairs. After the plumbing was repaired, Giovanni was joined by Alejandro to evaluate the damages. Both employees were extremely transparent about the project’s progress and continuously produced more than expected. I was nervous about having my high-maintenance energetic dog in the house, however, both employees were very comfortable. This is a great company to hire for pet owners. For a new San Diego resident, the first time contacting a plumber in the area was nerve-wracking. I could not have been any more pleased with the attitude, ethics and results produced by this company. I highly recommend Bill Howe and especially the two employees who helped me today.

Josh did an awesome job of solving my clogged toilet. He tried one technique that didn't work. And then got creative with a second technique to avoid removing the toilet completely. Very satisfied and recommend! Reasonable rate too compared to 3 other plumbers I called

Dana came out and looked at what needed to be done and gave me good information. The next morning he contacted the city for what they needed to do and they came and had everything completed and corrected within 2 hours. Dana did the jobs that I needed and far exceeded my expectations. Everything in my house is finally back in working order. Please pass my thanks to Dana on the awesome job he was able to do and on representing your company wonderfully. Thanks. Today I had Allen out to help me was a leaking toilet value. He came out and did the work and get it all fixed very quickly. Since he was here I went ahead and had him do the same thing to my other toilet. Allen was very quick and did very good work. I am thankfully for the service I received today. Thanks Allen and Bill Howe Plumbing!

Best customer service ever! I had a leak in my kitchen sink and they came out the same day to fix it. After a week I called to see if they could replace the sink strainer for one with a different finish. They came out the next day and Allan (our technician made an additional trip to find a strainer that was the best match). And we were only charged for the part - no additional labor! From the service manager, to the receptionist/scheduler, to Allan (our technician) we were given exemplary service. Hopefully we won't need to call for a repair - but if we do, the only company that we would consider is Bill Howe!

Superb company and staff! Courteous, professional, helpful - they've become my permanent source for any and all plumbing issues. Was referred to their restoration division to deal with my mold issues (caused by Kenmore refrigerator ☹️), prompt, worked quickly, two days with a humidifier in sealed off area which was very quiet; new plastering was so good I didn't really need a paint over. And not a speck of dust anywhere in my kitchen! Bottom line: THEY ALL ARE THE VERY BEST!
