They where able to fit me in same day and once here pulled the toilet and snaked the main line..... didn't fix the clog..... so went down the line and pulled that toilet after removing "STUFF" that wouldn't flush! I would still be gagging.... and found the problem on the bottom of my toilet..... Jose went above and beyond and slant several hours instead of throwing his hands up and quitting. Also Jose made sure to lay down protection from a large roll of paper around so he didn't mark my floors.

Good job.... I will use them again

I had some major plumbing issues at my house. The minute I called the company, the dispatcher, Crystal, sent out a plumber.  During my contacts with her, she was so friendly, professional and efficient. Ricky and Miguel did work at my house and went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. They even performed a test and service for no charge. Thank you, Matrix. I would recommend Ricky and Miguel to anyone.

All I can say that if you need a plumbing service ever, contact Matrix Plumbing. I'm sure, you will like them too, just like I did.

I called Matrix at 5:15 and they were here by 5:30. Snaked the drain to the street, cleaned up and rinsed everthing down and were finished by 6:45. What a nice couple of guys, Francisco and Ricky, were. No hard sells, just got the work done.  I am a very happy and hard to please customer.
