THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! About 6 months ago Omar came out and it appeared that he could not clear past 20 feet. He had Javier come out (COO) to put the scope on it. He too made it appear he couldn't get past about 20 feet. He did a locate and said there was a hole in the pipe under the bedroom and it had to be replaced. He came back with a bid of $4200.00 and pushed to have it done NOW! It would be done in a few hours. I asked if that included restoration as this would be a major demo. The quote did not include restoration. I asked who they know that could follow up and get it back to original. He had no idea. I would think if this was a common occurrence they would have several contractors to choose from...but no references??? And they said there might be more after the first hole??? I wanted a second opinion. Ideal came out, charged $130.00 and their rooter went past 75 feet no problem. How is that possible unless it's a scam. It's still working fine! I guess saved a ton of money by getting a second opinion. I noticed another review for $3800.00. Mine was $4200 and they would give me a senior citizen discount of $400. Surpirse-$3800. And I am not a senior citizen, how insulting. I also noticed after I put a review on Yelp there was a "customer" that countered every single issue in the review in great detail. What total BS! They arrive within an hour on a Sunday. Resolved the issue promptly and were curious. Very professionally run business. I highly recommend.

Mr. Rooter responded in less than one to our emergency sewer main being plugged. They took the time to inspect the pipe before shoving a snake down the pipe and possibly doing more damage. They did get it cleaned out and we had service in just a very short time. They delivered a very competitive bid to make the needed repairs and offered a 25 year warranty. Great guys!

Do not use this plumbing for drain clog removal. I used these guys and they couldn't even locate a cleanout in my place that I recently moved into. The plumber came, spent a couple of minutes using his electrical snake, telling me how this is the best thing out there and if this can't solve my clog, nothing else can. Told me I had to remove the drywall from downstair and access the pipe from under (by the way, the worst advice ever given). Left the worst mess ever, and told me I had to pay service pay even though NOTHING was resolved and the shower looked worse than it did before. I called another plumber, and he located the cleanout (not just 1, but 3 different cleanouts) the moment he walked into my place. Then he went and solved the clog not by simply turning on the electrical snake and trying to poke it through my drain. No, it was evident that the other plumber knew exactly what to do, how to control the strength of the snake, and he unclogged drain without having to access the cleanout under 20 minutes. I am still so mad at this plumbing company.

They were out within 2 hrs of the call and solved the problem in less than a half hour. Technicians were professional and friendly. I would recommend them.
