I highly recommend!!  Bill came over to service our hot water heater and he informed me there was nothing that needed to  be done! He explained why and so knowledgeable.   I will definitely call him again when I need service on plumbing and heating because he is honest and trustworthy!

While renovating my bathroom a baseboard joint leak was revealed.  As requested, Bill was on site the next morning and quickly quoted the repair, then went to work. Coordination is easy with his staff.  The work was timely and under the quoted cost.  In addition, I received some free advice on improving my home's water quality.  Highly recommended plumber for good reason.

If I could give Bill's 24 Hour Plumbing 0 stars I would. His customer service is the worst I've encountered. I made an appointment for him to fix a leaky faucet and the first thing his office does is explain that they charge $45.00 for him to set foot on your property to give you an estimate. They will kindly wave the fee if he does the job during that visit (if his bid is insanely high), which effectively locks you into using his services, but that's only the beginning. His receptionist gave me a date for his visit, but wouldn't give me a time other than to say that she would call me at 9 AM on that day. I asked repeatedly for an approximate time and explained that I don't live at the site of the repair. She responded that she couldn't give me a time and would call me at 9 AM. When the day arrived and I waited for her call, she called and said he was on his way to the job. I repeated (again) that I was 30 min. from the site and she very rudely said "I'll send him to another job first then". When I said okay, what is an approximate time for me to meet him, she snapped back "I can't give you a time - just go to the site and wait. I'll call you when he's on his way". The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a contractor and I've worked with many at this location and never had a problem. Do yourself a favor and call someone more reputable.

I was very satisfied.  Bill was able to make it to my home within a few hours to fix a leak.  Not only did he finish the job quickly, but also gave me some advice on my furnace and referred me to a couple other businesses around town.  I will certainly call them again in the future if the need arises.

Bill is Honest, Knowledgable, and very Skilled at his profession. He has fixed a  couple problems at my place, most recently a shower that wasn't turning on. He was in and out in no time, and my shower is running strong again! If you want good service, and the job done right, Bill's is the best place in town! Thank you!!!
