I had a gas fired water heater go out on a Saturday, called Nol, he came out and replaced the water heater at a cost of over $2500.00, 
He said he would be charging time and a half for labor because it was on a weekend, which I agreed to and paid without questioning the amount. 
What can you do, winter, no hot water, etc. but did not expect that much.  In the installation, he had to cut and re sweat joints of copper piping. 
1 year after installation some of the sweat joints started leaking, I called him but had no answer on the phone I left a message and 
sent him an email message, I got an email message saying he was out of town and would get back in touch when he got back. 
Again Winter and my primary heat source is hot water boiler, so what do you do, Call another Plumber, even though the leak was a slow drip 
the risk of losing all heat with temps in the below 10 degree range at night this was not something to ignore.
Bottom Line, I paid another plumber over $350 to redo some of Nol's work. After he got back from vacation in Hawaii I contacted him and
I asked for reinbursment of all or part of the repairs of his work, he refused saying it was more than the 1 year warrenty period
he subscribes to.  I have had sweat joints in copper plumbing that have lasted more than 50 years and I consider his unwillingness to stand behind his work to be a very poor business practice. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Rocky Mountain plumbing was trying to tell me I had an emergency and charge me 200 just to look at the issue. These guys asked for a couple pics  and told me it was a simple fix I could do myself . I will use you guys every time thanks for the help.

I had Nol at Plumbing Incorporated out to our place to properly install a black pipe gas line for our garage heater. Nol and his helper were quick, precise and affordable. Even though they had to work in the pouring rain that day, there was not a word of complaint. I can readily recommend this company for great plumbing, fair pricing and friendly, professional staff.
