It’s the little things that matter: snowy outside, so brought in his own company floor mat for boots to wipe off on, booties were worn, prices and charges were explained before even addressing the issue.  Very polite, problem wasn’t able to be replicated while he was here, but he did address another issue we were having and provided me with a quote.  Even though I’m not able to provide feedback on any work performed and fixed, I would still highly recommend if you’re looking for a business that’s upfront with their charges and has respect for your home.

This is the second experience that I've had with Wild West plumbing and Troy the first was at the Depot where he and his team replaced all of the urinals toilets and sink fixtures absolutely awesome laid plastic through the Amtrak Lobby so they wouldn't get the floor dirty highly recommend them and today I had a seriously leak in my bathroom sink Troy came replace the fixture did a whole house inspection awesome you'd be foolish to use anyone else

Wild West does more than just plumbing.  Stein installed a ductless heating/AC unit in my house and I would recommend one to anybody.

Jim was very professional and went above and beyond.  He walked me through everything thoroughly and gave expert recommendations on how to keep things running smoothly!
