Bill saved my daughter and I from being charged double for a replacement ignition key. Not only did Bill quote me a reasonable rate. There was no mis-communication regarding the work or the price of the work. The technician was neat, professional, and friendly AND HE WAS DRIVING A VEHICLE THAT ADVERTISED THE COMPANY. BILL EVEN CONTACTED ME LATER TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL.  I have had many interactions with locksmiths and I have to say that BILL AND HIS TECHNICIAN WERE THE BEST I'VE COME ACROSS......ABSOLUTELY AWESOME😜💝.

Called in about a lock issue and he gave me some free tips to try to get it fixed. Worked like a charm and the advice was free! Would definitely go back if I have any other issues with my locks!

Bill is a wonderful person to deal with, easy to talk to, kept his promise and his arrival to updated, and when he arrived at our house, he went to work with proficiency, we met for the first time, but we talked as if we were friends for years, highly recommended, he's the guy I will be using forever.
