Review is for Quick Lane Service, as I have yet to deal with anyone from sales.

Don't personally own a Ford (yet), but I bring both of my vehicles here for service. They are stand-up guys who know their craft and do a great job! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you have to make sure your discounts or coupons get applied while paying. A couple times they forgot to apply them and needed a reminder.

* Update* I got a call from the service manager offering a free service to rectify the issues that I've had. I have been there a total of three times for a tire rotation that has not taken place yet. I was told they didn't rotate one tire because it had a new plug in it, I can understand that but it would have been nice if they would have told me. The other three tires they said they rotated but upon inspection I can see none were moved at all. (I marked tires). If you take your vehicle here watch them, carefully double check your bill, double check you receive the service you pay for. But if you have to do all that then why go there?!?There's tons of other shops in the local Mechanicsville area!  I'll be sure to let everyone know if they ever actually rotate my tires.  I've burned over a tank commuting back and forth for services never performed! Just do yourself a favor and find another place to go in a Mechanicsville you can trust!

Called for a recall to service Ford van 35000 miles has many many issues. Called service three times went to voicemail they would not return your call. Went down there to get vehicle serviced lady behind counter at service counter was texting on her cell phone very very unprofessional!!!!!
