Operations I get the five, but billing customer service zero. If they were a retail establishment the attitude would be different. But typical Government attitude "you have to deal with us". I understand new customers and their concern about delinquency. But a customer that's been with them for 30 years has multiple properties zero late payments and they treat them the same as everybody. One document had one zero missing on the parcel number and I could not get the water turned on. Where is your common sense? Wish it was the first time. Similar issues in the past. Oh well, what choice do I have. They have a monopoly on water!!! Thanks for letting me rant I feel much better. :-)

No hours phone number doesn't work. Lovely

Phone number doesn't work at all. It takes you to a mailbox that is completely full and you can't leave a message. they also said that my water would be turned on after the same day I paid the bill, and 10 hours later I still don't have water.
