I GIVE NO STARS!!!  This utility company is now preying upon the consumers by letting the "3rd Party" payment process company charge their customer a $2.75 payment process fee for a $9.37 water bill whether you use an electronic check or credit card.  They didn't last month!!!  All other utility companies let you sign up electronice check for fee payments and let you use it when you want versus automatic drafting on the payment due date.  Then customer service says, "well you can bring you payment", REALLY?  Remeber there is a good portion of you customer base that is elderly and have no other ways but paying online.  OH ya, they also had a reate increase on top of it.

Say a prayer when you move to Pasco county and are forced to pay out the nose for water. What a shame that profits come before families. Now you have to pay a 2.75 processing fee to pay your water bill online in addition to the rip off sewer fees. What sewers?

These people are the best. Had a problem and they worked with me endlessly to get back to where I needed to be. The rep was VERY kind and  not once looked down upon me and my situation. If I can give more stars I would!

Just bought a house and there closed for absolutely no reason. Got my electric put on today but went to the pasco utility building and there all locked down. Even the phones are. Its 1 day before the 4th of july. My family has power but no water.

The reps at the utility office were professional and nice.  However, in 2017, how can this antiquated system still be in place?  Come into the office to have your water turned on?  Who still does this?  In the neighboring county of Hillsborough, all these processes for utilities are modernized, and can be done online.  It boggles my mind that Pasco is not up to speed on this aspect.  Makes it seem rinky dink.
