Water sewer bill is usually higher than electric bill on a regular basis and it is only for 2 people. For a government office it is incredible that customer service cannot answer the phone. They charge triple for anywhere I've ever lived in Florida for 50 years.

$179 for my first bill with these clowns. My fiancé and I just moved here and infortunately have no choice but to use this company for water. My parents live 8 miles from us and use another company for water and their bill is $64 a month on average and they have a pool and a beautiful green lawn that is watered weekly. This company is a joke and needs to be taken down because they're pricing is ridiculous.

I advise not to pay through online bill pay. Fgua does not accept electronic payments so the bank mails them a check. But they do not inform you of this fact. So if there are issues with the mail or a holiday delays the mail your bill will go unpayed. A holiday delayed my check and it took 10 days to reach them. Fgua WILL cut you off and even when you bring in proof of payment directly from your bank they will not turn your water back on until they recieve payment. Then they will still charge you the 187 to reconnect on top of whatever your bill was and no they won't work with you or split it into payments. A couple months ago I went almost 24 hours without water because of this. I ended up canceling the check and coming up with the money to repay my bill. Thankfully the people at Wells Fargo are saints and they reimbursed me the 187 fee to help me get it back on since I had to pay almost 500 to reinstate my water because my bills are ridiculously high to begin with. I wish they would deregulate our utilities and allow us to choose our utility companies. I bet customer service would be incredible if they had to compete for our business.

Shame on them for raping the consumer . I lived in this district and moved 3 miles away. My bill went from 80$ for 1 to 28$. WHY???? THERE IS ALMOST 60$ IN FEES????? FOR WHAT??????? THATS CRAZY!!! PEOPLE BAN TOGETHER AGAINST THIS CORPORATE GREED!!!! THERE SHOULD BE A STATE INVESTIGATION OF THIS SHADY COMPANY!
