I would give them -10 if I could. Dispatch was one of the most rude people I've ever spoken to in my life. Do not use them.

Was told cab would be there in just a minute. 25 minutes later, still nothing. Ended up using Uber. Way better!

Horrible experience! Dispatcher or extremely rude. I called, simply stated that I would like to schedule a ride, and provide the date and time for pick-up. The dispatcher's replied "Not happening." And then hung up the phone. DO NOT USE. Seriously terrible business.

I gave one star only because theres no option for negative stars!! HORRIBLE experience, I called they said an hour and a half after two hours I call again just to make sure they were still coming and the dispatcher hung up on me about 6 times with no explanation. When they finally got there I told them to leave. DO NOT GIVE THESE AWFUL PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

It's take an hour to drive 4 miles to my place to pick me up and I'm still waiting. It's just stupid with the amount of money it costs.
