The water is not what you would expect at a beach. Almost like river water and a little stinky...BUT there are the neatest little crabs here!!! Hermit crabs that you can find and watch, and the kids loved it! We enjoyed walking through the museum that is directly across from the beach entrance.

This beach was very peaceful. I've been to several beaches but this was my first time here. The water was really dark but it was still pretty🙂

The sand is beautiful, but the water is really murky. There are jet skis and other fun things to do on the beach. However, there are lots of jelly fish in the water; I was warned several times to be careful by other guests at our hotel.

As others have said, the water leaves a lot to be desired. The beach is nice but the water is full of sand and sediment and is basically brown in color. Also there appear to be no public restrooms nearby.

Very peaceful! The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette buds and broken glass pieces in the sand.
