Story

We love what we do in Phoenix, Arizona! We are a state of the art dental office located in the Biltmore area. From wireless image acquisition which drastically decreases radiation to ceiling mounted TVs for our patients comfort - we strive to be the dental office you will love telling your friends about.

Dr. Koppikar earned his DDS from the prestigious Marquette Univeristy School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His love of nature and the outdoors brought him to Arizona. His beautiful wife Maya and their son and daughter are Thankful everyday for their lives in this Grand State !

Based on my experience, the staff and doctors at Biltmore Dental work together like a well organized team. Staff are very welcoming upon your arrival, and wait times are minimal in the lobby and between visits with hygienists, doctors, office managers, and administration staff. This office also utilizes up-to-date equipment and techniques for x-rays, procedures, etc. Most importantly, communication from the office to patients is courteous, open, and frequent (texts, email, and phone) when it needs to be. Lastly, TVs on the ceiling in exam rooms!

Great customer service, nice clean office. I love the girls at the front desk and of course Dr. Koppikar and his assistants. I been coming here for over 6 years. My family and I have received different dental procedures. We have always been happy with his work. Bonus!! No long waits to be seen!!!

After mentioning a list of concerns and never hearing from Dr. Kopikar, I thought I’d post a review. The office staff is trained to heavily solicit reviews from each patient and offers them a chance to win a gift card, which is annoying and tacky. I doubt my 1-star review will be entered into the drawing, but maybe Dr. Kopikar actually reads these. Anyway, this place was not a good fit. Ordered two occlusal guards and had issues with both. With #1, the office could not find cold water and took forever trying to get imprints. Finally someone had a bright idea to use bottled water. They sent the imprints off to the lab and there was an issue. I had to go back twice after that for them to retake imprints! Never did they apologize for wasting my time, nor would they make an adjustment on the cost. The issues continued. #2 was supposed to be a partial night guard. When I went to pick it up, they placed an incorrect order for a full guard, not the partial (as suggested by the dentist). After waiting weeks, I had to contact the office to see if it came in from the lab. They placed me on hold and noticed the box was just sitting around. Never did I get a call saying it was ready for pickup. Again, another wasted trip into the office to pick up the correct item. Again, no apology for another wasted trip. I was even more irritated when the dentist failed to make time to look at the fit, even after I had asked. He doesn't make it a practice to make sure hardware fits and is aligned properly. This responsibility is passed along to the hygienists that seem to rotate out of this place very rapidly. From experience, other dentists actually come over to make sure everything is aligned properly and use carbon paper. While I was there, the hygienist smoothed out some jagged edges on my old guard. They also never bothered to check the alignment of how my jaw was sitting. Lastly, I have a friend who received Invisalign treatment here. He was not informed he was the first patient to receive Invisalign from Dr. Kopikar. Fast forward, he is now going through a completely new treatment elsewhere due to issues with the way the teeth were aligned during initial treatment. I really hope Dr. Kopikar reads this. Alignment has been an issue and I believe you should start checking this, or refer patients to an orthodontist if you’re not comfortable checking it yourself. Needless to say, we've both switched offices and they have yet to contact me regarding the issues.

I've had the pleasure of being a patient at Biltmore Dental for, roughly, the last eight months. During that time, I've experienced nothing short of the best treatment in both services and customer service from the full staff and Dr. Koppikar. Prior to my relationship with Biltmore, it had been some time since my last dentist visit and after asking around for potential dental facilities to contact, I was referred by a close friend to Dr. Koppikar and the rest of the Biltmore staff. From the moment of my initial visit and throughout the entirety of my time with Biltmore, the staff has been welcoming and incredibly helpful, had no problems putting me at ease with some of the more complicated procedures, and ultimately put their best foot forward at all times. They're always open to any questions or concerns you may have, and they always keep in consistent communication with you inbetween, prior to, and during your visits. I would gladly and happily recommend Biltmore Dental Center to any and everybody looking for a dental services.

Had an amazing experience starting when I came in all the way till I left. The office was beautiful and the staff was AMAZING.
