Professional friendly and always clean.  This place was a lifesaver as a new mom another dentist wanted to papos my child and not let me in back and by the pure miracle i found this place.  My children love going to this office and i feel at ease with such good staff.

The Provider that saw both of kids was amazing. Made me very comfortable knowing that my kids would be okay. Quick and easy appointments. Back office staff was great as well very friendly and always pleasant. However with all that being said the front office staff that schedules and whom ever gets authorizations with insurance has no idea what is going on. I have gone back and fourth with them for two months. One person says everything is fine and confirms appointment then we get there and its cancelled because authorization has not be received. SO frustrated every time I call. NO one know what is going on and who did what. If it wasn't for the Provider my kids see and would go somewhere closer and not drive 45minutes to a dentist appointment.

I have been coming here to both offices for about 1 year.  My two kids have seen Dr Nieves, Dr. Dan, and Dr. Allmendinger for exams and dental work.  We have been very pleased with the service and all the doctors have been amazing.  We originally came here because my 4 year old was fearful of the dentist.  He needed three white fillings.  Dr. Nieves was able to complete the work with a medicine the my son had to drink.  He wasn't completely asleep but calm enough to allow the Dr. to complete the work needed (this actually made me feel better because I was nervous about my son having to be put all the way asleep.  Everything went perfectly.  The girl at the front desk was so nice, she allowed us to change our appointment to a later time at the last minute and even caught an oversight that the insurance made which allowed me to save an almost $80 overpayment.  I love this office!!

Nice office.. Great receptionists..but the time you wait to get seen is too long. If you made an appointment expect to wait and extra 30 to 45 mins to be seen

Awesome dental assistants who are great with the kids, but the wait time is an extra 30 to 45 mins just to get to the back.  Total time spent at this appointment was 2 hours and 4 mins.
