The downtown Bingham's is the coolest shop in the area. The showroom is incredible and filled with any type of bike you could want. They are always friendly when I stop by and the manager Chris is incredibly experienced with all things cycling. Jared in the service department is an absolute wizard and can fix anything wrong with your bike. Hit up Brent or Chris on the sales floor for the best bike recommendations in the valley. Highly recommend!

Awesome. Brent went beyond the call of duty. Very impressive quality of work, fast, friendly and helpful. Left with two fixed bikes and a smile. I definitely recommend Bingham Cyclery.

There are so many bicycle shops in Utah- so when we first moved here we kind of "shopped" around trying to find the store we liked, felt most comfortable etc.... Bingham has become THAT store.... the minute you walk in you feel the difference ... the staff is amazing... they all seem genuinely happy to be there and that shows in the level of knowledge and expertise that they share with all their costumers! There is also something very unique about Bingham that in my opinion majorly stands out among all the rest of the bike stores in the state.... they take such pride in their community and doing service such as the bikes for tykes charity, and their promotion of the women's cycling community has been nothing but remarkable. This is one bike store I will continue to support, learn from, and enjoy using here in Utah!

My experience with the owner Jeff Thornton has been great. He's very customer focused and knows how to drive the business forward by ensuring customer satisfaction. I'd buy from him again in a heartbeat (it's a shame he's not able to run this company anymore).

I had a poor experience demo'ing bikes. Two of the bikes we demo'd had flats and one had issues with the front fork and it was not a fun experience. When I went back to the store and told them what happened Jarod didn't say anything other than that sucks and we hope you come back. It also turns out that in the background the store manager Chris talks about physically harming you for having a bad experience with them. The whole store is backwards and honestly quite unsettling how they talk about their customers. I have a service plan with them for another year and I won't be using it because of how it all turned out if that says anything to you. I also bought a bike for my daughter for Christmas which I'll be returning this weekend as well (to a different location since the SLC one makes me uncomfortable).

I do not recommend giving this business your money. Find another dealer. Will be filing complaints with Specialized directly as well as the city of Salt Lake. Honestly can't believe they talk about customers like that.
