The original guys who helped us with the stuff were nice and helpful but when we brought all the gear back the next day at the same time, a chubby older man rudely told us we would be charged an extra day for all the gear! We skied till 8 and we're an hour out of town, they close at 9 and it was impossible for us to return it same day. This grey haired angry man did not care and insulted us for being stupid by misreading a form that doesn't even state when the items needed to be returned. One of the helmets we got was even broken! One of the rudest people I have ever met and I recommend you GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO RENT!!!!! We had to give in and pay this horrible person for something we didn't even use. DO NOT GO HERE. BUYER BEWARE. Totally scam

Great shop with a huge selection. These guys went above and beyond for me. The skis I wanted for a demo were at their park city location and I was skiing snow basin the next day. I know they won't be able to do this every time, I was able to leave my boot at the store and they had an employee bring the skis from park city down to slc after hours and had them ready for me to pick up at 7 am on my way to snow basin! I couldn't believe they were willing and able to make this happen for me!! I don't always rent skis but when I do it's at Utah ski and Golf!!!!! Beers on me next time guys:)

Horrible customer service. When renting the boards, we were never told a return time. We rented the boards at 1pm and brought them back the same time the following day. Upon returning the boards, the man working the desk proceeded to yell at us stating we had no common sense or knowledge for not bringing the boards back the night before. Like I stated earlier, since no return time was stated we assumed that one day = 24 hours. The man continued to insult our intelligence and would not hear us out at all. Misunderstandings happen but they did not approach the situation with the "customer is always right" mentality we have seen in every other establishment here in salt lake. Being told I don't use my knowledge or that I was too lazy to get up and bring them in early in the morning is not way to treat a customer. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Delta sent us here to rent clothes when they lost our luggage. They were very helpful and accommodating.
