I just purchased a bike at Cranky’s and I am delighted with my bike. The selection is much better than any other bike shop as they carry excellent bikes in many different brands. I will certainly buy future bikes from Cranky’s and highly recommend their shop. It is nice to know of a place in Salt Lake that will take care of serious to weekend bikers who want quality merchandise at a fair price.
     The owner and those who worked at Cranky’s were helpful and fair. Thank you, Cranky’s.

This place deserves five stars since the owner possesses a true passion for biking. He turned his passion into a successful bike shop that sells quality bikes and accessories as well as offers impeccable bike repairs. I highly recommend this store to university students & those looking for a go to bike shop in the slc area.

Good prices and plenty of stock to choose from. Friendly and enthusiastic atmosphere - you just feel comfortable here.

I have been to this shop multiple times and have always received excellent service.  Lots of variety and price ranges.  I’ve never felt stupid for not knowing all the bike lingo, either.  
Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

an exceptional experience.  this shop does not seem to be out to make a buck as much as it seems to be into making happy cyclists. i went in with somewhat unusual requests and chris was quick to help me, friendly and patient, and  happy to oblige without even charging me!!
