My room was spotless! Breakfast was delicious! I was greeted by Juanita in the breakfast area at 0630 with a beautiful, genuine smile and a good morning! Vanessa at front desk asked how was my stay, thanked me for staying, and told me to have a great day! These 2 ladies have set the tone for my whole day! Thank you Vanessa and Juanita! Y'all are stars and must be recognized!!!!

I have stayed at this Hampton inn at least four times while visiting my son.  Location was great and staff wonderful,  However I have a serious concern.  This hotel lists a hot tub as an amenity but the problem is it is never hot ( It is full and running ) . Every time I have stayed there they say its being fixed or give some other excuse.  A staff member finally told me the owner does not want to heat it.  How disappointing

Fantastic hotel!! Great room and an outstanding free breakfast! Very welcoming staff (Carmen specifically but everyone has been great!)

Room was nice, no fridge or microwave. Pool and hot tub outside. Gym is roomy. Guest laundry room is on the 1st floor at the end of the hall from the check in desk.

Awesome service by far the best place to stay in. Brenda at Front desk greeted with a beautiful, genuine smile and welcoming! Also asked how was my stay, thanked me for staying, and told me to have a great day! She has very good customer service and deserves recognition for it will be returning again soon!
