Massage I received was lousy. I went in for the head/neck/shoulders massage and they had time for a 10 min. I get them for migraine reduction and I was wearing clip in hair today so my scalp could use a good rub. The massage started and she only did my shoulders. She didn’t even touch my nape or my scalp or ask if my shoulders were where I wanted attention. Her phone kept ringing during the massage and the door to the mall area was open so I was just hearing the squeaking of the mall revolving door over and over. I’ve been there before for a 20 min and they did everything really well. I talked to the front desk and all they could do is give me a 10% discount which is ridiculous. I didn’t even get the service I paid for. She could have offered to have it redone a different time or whatever but I guess even though I work on 46th and Vanderbilt, literally one street over, I’ll just have to tell everyone in the JPMorgan building to never come here because it’s a total ripoff.

The massage I received was great! I even purchased some of their eye care products. I was told that I had a complimentary treatment with the purchase. It turned out to be an hour and a half sales pitch by some guy that is younger than my son and was making up stuff as he went along. When I told him that I had to think over spending thousands on skin care, he told me that I don't communicate well and that is an answer he couldn't accept. He also told me it wasn't that much money and he spends that just in rent and new watches! Whatever! Beware, they will try to push this stuff on you too!

Really unprofessional massage. The therapist answered her phone twice during my massage and didn't seem to be properly trained. Would definitely not return!

Mark was wonderful and fixed me up! I had a stiff neck and it is already filling a lot better. I have already made my second appointment! Very recommended!
