I'm in giving them 5 stars because there amenities are great for the price. This place is clean, and very nice. They provide you a robe and disposable bathing suit .I got a scrub and massage. My massage and scrub was very good. I really liked they have four different kind detox room and three different soaking tubs one that is warm with lemon the other that is very hot and icecold bath. Overall it is a good Korean spa for super special and luxurious.

Excellent experience, very friendly welcoming staff, never leave reviews normally but this was certainly worth it. Came here during visiting NY from the UK. High standards of treatment, clean and warm. Lovely touch with the fruit and bubbly at the end, 5 stars would definitely recommend to all wanting some pampering.

Excellent experience, very friendly welcoming staff, never leave reviews normally but this was certainly worth it. Came here during visiting NY from the UK. It was a horrible experience NOT RECOMMENDED! The massage therapist kept on playing with the phone, didn't even made a massage just touched me around..... and spoke with a friend next door. I've been in a lot of massage places, never had such a bad experience. And I never ever wrote a Google review, but here I felt that I need to speak out. People! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Disgusting front desk! They charge all clients upfront before providing a service. They made us walk around the whole facility like 10x before we got into our couples room. Mind you the towels were black & dirty! After 22 minutes the manager walks in & says we cannot provide you with any service PLEASE LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!! STAY AWAYYYYY
