My massage was great. LOVE the infrared light seating area also love all the saunas especially the one that gets the hottest. The women's area is wonderful. The steam room is super hot which I absolutely love. Eat before you go; the food is awful and way overpriced.

My sister and I brought our mother here for her surprise birthday weekend. We all loved it!  The Targeted Therapy sessions were incredible.  We were very satisfied.  The facility was clean, friendly staff,  and ample things to do.  If I lived in NY I would probably have a membership.  I recommend this place to everyone,  especially mothers and couples.  It's also great for girls night.  The food prices are expensive but it's Manhattan.  Thank you Premier57 staff for having us and treating us so well!!!!

It's got great saunas and a fun pool that changes colors. There are also fun small pools on the roof that are open even in the winter. They don't give slippers or flip-flops, so make sure to bring your own. The bathrooms are a bit jenky. It was pretty loud with a drunken rowdy birthday party the night I went, this is probably not the norm. If it were less expensive, I'd give it more stars.

I really liked my time there. The staff are friendly, especially Elizabeth who works in the ladies locker room and the bartender. The pools are great. Loved the different rooms. No kids there as well. Got my work done. I will definitely come back.

Want a reason not to spend your hard earned money? Just come to this place.  Their pumps and hydro's did not all work and the facility and staff were not as nice as the advertisements.  The space is small and overcrowded which makes you feel like you are not escaping the stuffiness of the city at all.  Why go to a place that makes you feel like you are rubbing shoulders with other patrons, instead of relaxing and feeling at ease?   

The staff is unprofessional and show that they are miserable working there with the attitude they display to customers. They may need a raise or something to correct their compassion for visitors.  Overall I would rather sink in my tub than spend anymore cash here. If you think I am lying, check for yourself but don't say I didn't warn you.
