I bought my Eclectus from Birds off Broadway a week ago. He is a healthy bird with a loving disposition. You can tell he was cared for.

This is a small local business; which is the first thing that I really loved. The second thing I appreciated the most was the cleanliness of the establishment. As a person with allergies and asthma, it is hard for me to go into some stores because of the smell. Each time I have come into this store I have never had an allergy or asthma trigger; which says a lot about how clean it is! The birdies’ cages are also very clean, and they all had clean water. There also isn’t a ton of birds; which is another thing I really liked. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in a bird store and I saw birds crammed into dirty cages, so that was something that caught my eye immediately.

The staff is knowledgeable about the birds, and you can tell that they love them all very much. Another thing I was looking for was a safe place to board my bird when I go out of town. Due to the clean conditions and friendly staff, I will definitely be leaving my friend here. I trust that they will take good care of him while I’m gone.

I would 100% recommend Birds off Broadway to anyone looking for a companion bird.

Disappointed. Bought our Conure from them, friendly knowledgeable staff but now that we have our bird I'm finding out we have been misled. We were told he had been tested and vaccinated, and he got neither. They also said they do boarding and knew our trip dates and confirmed, and now we are leaving tomorrow and they won't board him. It seems they are overwhelmed and disorganized. Nice shop for questions,  toys etc, but wouldn't buy from them again. Praying all tests come back negative.

Great bird shop clean, very beautiful birds.  If you're  in  market for an exotic bird come here first

Boarded my Congo African Grey there and she was very happy there. I highly recommend this store for cleanliness, food selections, attention to detail in every way. Very pleasant staff. You can rely on them
for service and boarding above all other places.
