My husband and I went into this store, as usual, to get our normal supplies. There was a new bird in the store, in a big empty flight cage with no food or water dishes. He was falling off his perch trying to reach a toy, so my husband moved it for him. We went around the corner to ask the employee how long the bird was there, since moving a bird can be traumatizing and it's imperative to give them the basic necessities right off the bat. The employee had her head buried in her phone and didn't seem to want to give us the time of day. We walked out and when I went to review on fb, I saw posts for the bird for sale on their page; he had been there for over an hour with nothing in his cage. I commented and asked why he wasn't properly cared for in store when we had been there, and also mentioned the rudeness of the employee. Instead of handling the situation, I was blocked. Terrible professionalism by this lady. I doubt she's the owner, or her store would flop, but she needs to watch her attitude before the turns off the wrong person. She will sink that ship fast. We won't be returning.

Great low key place. Super friendly and knowledgeable owner. She helped me a lot with my questions about caring for bearded dragon eggs. Definitely bringing my business here.

I love the shop! They even offered if I would like to introduce my old guinea pig to my new guinea pig! They are very nice and sell amazing products in BULK for very cheep prices. Definetally reccomend this pet shop

Gross and dirty. Anyone in their right minds would never house chickens and parrots in the same air system. This contributes to the spread of disease. The guinea pig we looked at had overgrown nails that went back into her paw and were painful. The parrot, Lola, that they "rescued" was picking and busted a blood feather while I was there and nothing was done. Of course she is still completely featherless, her diet is seed based with no pellets, not even nutriberries. Poor animal husbandry.

This is one of my favorite places to go amazing service and a great place to buy animals.everyone is so nice and welcoming I buy all of my pet supplies with no regrets. I LOVE that place
