Our objective here at Scenthound is to educate as many dog parents as possible on the importance of routine care.

Story

We're passionate about getting ALL dogs the regular, preventive care they need to stay healthy and comfortable.

Scenthound was created to provide an EASY, AFFORDABLE way for all dog owners to get important basic maintenance done (bathing, nail trimming, teeth brushing + more). With every service, your hound will receive what we call our S.C.E.N.T. check: a professional assessment of your dog’s maintenance needs, including Skin, Coat, Ears, Nails + Teeth!

Scenthound Plus provides traditional grooming services as well as basic essential care and maintenance. Our Monthly Care Club takes care of all the essentials for only $25 a month.

Feel so welcomed as we enter the shop. Makes me feel good bringing in my fur-baby. Gives me confidence that they take care of my dog. Only thing missing from today's visit was his report card. Other than that everything else was 5 stars.

For about a year now, my very hairy little pup and I have been loyal customers of Scenthound in West Palm. After taking Atlas everywhere in the area you could possibly imagine, I cannot emphasize how lucky we are to have found this place. They are always gentle with him, which is of the utmost importance to me. Furthermore, the condition of his skin, nails, teeth, ears, and coat have never been better. There was only one occasion where I was a bit dissatisfied with the service, and the team did everything they could to address my concerns. Definitely 10/10 would recommend them to anyone who asks. They are totally awesome!

My Lil' Miss Truffles loves to go in for her spa day! Bath, teeth, ears and nails and I add a blow dry. The staff is great and they do a wonderful job on her. Next time I'll take a before and after picture. The transformation is wonderful. I feel confident they treat my pet with kindness. This is her picture from the another day at the spa. They really do pamper her!

I did not have a pleasant experience. I had an appointment and was told they were running behind schedule. I was informed that they would call me when my dog was ready. I sent my daughter to pick up my dog and she called and asked what were they suppose to do. When they arrived home I looked at my dog and he looked exactly the same way as when I had dropped him off 3 hours prior. He did not look or smell like he had bathed. I was later informed that they did not return his retractable leash. The staff member told her I did not have one. Bad experience, I would never go there again or recommend to anyone.

Always a great experience. We enjoy our monthly Essential Care visit. Never disappointed. Staff very attentive and professional. Disappointed with price "change". Thank you Olga, for my beautiful haircut yesterday. You never disappoint me and make me feel like a Lady. Up-date review- Occasionally we don't live up to our reputation and expected consistent high quality. This week's visit was an example of that fact. I guess we can't be perfect. A few mats required attention when we arrived home. All is forgiven in lieu of otherwise mostly great visits for the past 4+ years.
