Bishop Ranch is the best vet clinic.  My dog hates going to the vet, but as soon as she sees the vets and techs, she is happy as can be!  They are so caring and love what they do.  They have helped my dog so many times and make me feel comfortable with her care.  My favorite part of Bishop Ranch is Tiffany, the RVT.  She is amazing.  She has gone out of her way to make my dog (and myself) feel comfortable and keep our minds at ease.  She has caught things early on that I have asked the Vet about and gotten taken care of, she makes a special trip to the kennel if my dog is there to give her love, and she does anything she can to help dogs and other pets in need.  Even if it means working late, missing out on events, what have you, she is always there and will always be there.  She is by far one of the best people I have ever met and I trust her 100% with my dog and any other pet that would come into the vet!

Dr. Wong is very kind, she listens , and is very genuine. Her responses are well thought out and she has a calming presence that makes my anxious American Bulldog feel more comfortable when he comes in for his checkups. She never recommends something that isn’t necessary, and my wife and I have complete confidence and trust in her opinions and knowledge. Bishop Ranch as an office is very organized and all their receptionists are very friendly, just one big happy family. Thanks Bishop Ranch!

Our Tucker was neutered today by Dr. Pogrel, our long-time vet whom we adore. He has virtually saved the lives of two of our dogs.  Dr. P is a terrific surgeon, a gentle man, and a great doctor.  We trust anything he tells us.  Not only is he compassionate, he is practical, and tells it like it is.  
The entire staff at Bishop Ranch couldn't be nicer.  They are so empathetic when you need to put one of your pets down. I can't say enough nice things about Bishop Ranch Veterinary Centers & Urgent Care.

Bishop Ranch Vet Center is the best!  We have been clients for the last 12 years and they have never disappointed.  The front office staff is always courteous and helpful and the vets are caring and knowledgeable.  Through the years they took such great care of our first dog, who had many health issues, that when he passed we didn't hesitate to bring in our puppy.  So lucky to have such a great center so close by!

I go to Amador Valley Vet for my dog’s regular care but I have had two emergency visits to the Bishop Ranch Vet Hospital. The staff is very nice and the Vets have always been helpful. My recent visit was because my dog cut one of her foot pads and I wanted to make sure it didn’t get infected. We saw Dr. Scott and she explained all of our options and provided the treatment that would be best for my very active dog. My dog ended up needing stitches and she is recovering well. Dr. Scott followed up with a phone call to check in and made sure medications were working well. If I’m not able to get an appointment at my regular vet, I wouldn’t hesitate to call or go to Bishop Ranch Vet Hospital. The overall experience is professional and I feel that my dog is getting the best care possible.
