They are friendly and take good care of our dog but they're very unorganized with records and appointments. They cancelled my appointment without notification which is very annoying and causing me to sit here wasting my Saturday afternoon.

I really love the care my kitty received at Creature Comfort! When my kitty Peanut was diagnosed with FIP, I traveled from Santa Cruz to Oakland once a week to see Dr. Kirsten Williams. She was very knowledgeable and caring with my kitty who was so very sick. The acupuncture treatments really helped him, and Dr. Williams was an indispensable resource when it came to understanding cat health from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective. I highly recommend Dr. Williams and Creature Comfort. I only wish they were closer to me!

My 17 yr old lab kept falling over (she had degenerating nerves in her spine). After the acupuncture, she was able to walk without falling over. This treatment extended her life by a year. Dr. Williams treated her holistically for a bone infection as well.
