We visited Carlsbad, CA for a family vacation. We made reservations for diner at Bistro West. Their customer service was exceptional. This was one of the best places we dined at in Carlsbad. The ambiance was spacious and felt luxurious. Their prices were reasonable.

We were promptly sat at a table with two little children ready to eat. Happy hour specials were decent and the food was well prepared and timely. The fresh bread was a huge hit as was the steamed broccoli. A nice experience.

Bistro West is always amazing. Amazing food and great service. This is the go to spot for my wife and I when we want to eat out.

Been here many many times. Food is always top notch. It's located next to the World Famous West Inn and Suites in Carlsbad, California. What you see is a roasted chicken with mashed and veg entree..And a trio of desserts. The staff is great and friendly. They are attentive and quick to respond. They also have a higher end Steak restaurant on property as well. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Carlsbad, close to the beach, shops and attractions, stay at West Inn and Suites! You have 2 restaurants and convenience store in one location.

Pretty good place and the decor is pretty nice. Veggie burger was good but lacking a bit on sauce. Sweet potato fries were good and portions are plentiful!
