I had the WORST virus on my computer. It would take over my PC from the moment I turned it on. I'm not bad with computers personally, normally I could handle something like this myself but this one was definitely more sophisticated malware. I took it down to Bits Bytes & Nibbles and I was back up and running the same day. Great service!

My grandma was having some trouble with her computer this week. It was trying to upgrade to Windows 10 and she turned it off right in the middle because she didn't know what was happening. After that, the computer wouldn't boot up at all and she was very upset because she has all of the pictures of us grandkids on it. She went down to Bits Bytes & Nibbles and they took exceptional care of her. She said that they were very understanding and assured her that everything would be ok. They were able to finish the installation of Windows 10, and they even went as far as to give her a tutorial on what she normally does so that she'd be more comfortable with the new operating system. She said she tried to tip the tech for the extra time he spent with her, but he told her he couldn't take her money and he was happy to help. I just wanted to leave them a good review because I really appreciate them taking such good care of my grandmother.

I just spent $2000 on a brand new laptop and it got smashed in my luggage on a flight. I was sincerely not happy. I talked to Eric at the shop here and he told me not to worry, that they could take care of it and to bring it on down. It took a couple days for the screen to be delivered but they had it installed the same day it arrived. Great customer service. Kept me in the loop the entire time.

In a world of change some things never change and one of those things is the satisfaction of doing business with an old world Mom and Pop shop ran by the independent intelligent and personable individual that answers to no higher powers of the mega operation who have, in the development of giant commercial enterprise, lost that certain human touch, that personable connection.   And here and there and now and then one encounters the old world type of shop at which the proprietor answers only to one's own conscience, one's own pride in doing a good job, in their honesty, integrity and decency, and in taking good care of their customer by applying one's best in knowledge and in providing excellent service.  Such are the sorely missed qualities that do not change in a changing world DE-evolving to apathy.  

	Through my brother I found a computer shop that while advanced with the technically new still holds to the qualities of the old and true.  Standing well and strongly as a cornerstone of the best that makes doing business rewarding is Bits Bytes & Nibbles with whom I am proud to let all of you know is a top of the line outfit that has developed that unique balance combining the best of both worlds.  

	If you have any computer issues call Josh, the proprietor.  Talk to him. Momentarily you will realize that you want to deal with him because you will realize that he is not only a Doctor of computers but that he is a fine Human Being.
