As a former employee of this shop I could usually list all of the negatives that go on behind the scenes of shops like this. But in this particular instance, I have nothing but high praises for the workmanship and attention to detail that Jason gives every car that comes into the shop. He treats every person that walks through the door as a personal friend of his and is more than capable of explaining exactly what a car needs, without using mechanical mumbo jumbo to try and coerce you into paying for a service you don't need. He's an honest mechanic, and I would be more than willing to work for him again without hesitation. He's one of very few mechanics these days that take pride in their work, and I think there's something to be said for that. Capability and honesty go hand in hand in this shop, and I'm proud to have been a part of that.

J & L is professional and honest. My first and only place for transmission repair. Highly recommended.

We were visiting in the area and having some transmission issues. We knew we weren't going to get it fixed but we took it to him wondering if we should try driving it back home. He was nice and very generous with his time. I would definitely come back here again

Great family owned business. They provide great customer service, along with knowledge people who are completely honest. I would highly recommend this business.

I am beyond thankful to have found J&L! After being told by a dealership that my only option for my Jetta was a new transmission I thankfully found J&L (and I didn't need a new transmission!!) Jason was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest explaining everything to me! From my first phone call to them his wife was very sweet answering all my questions and helping me out! They got my car fixed as fast as they could and had great communication with me! I will recommend them to all my friends and take my cars there from now on! Thank you J&L for everything!!!!
