Horrible Service sitting at the bar for a quick bite. The meatballs were raw in the middle and the “mushroom gravy” was thin gravy with sliced RAW mushrooms sprinkled over the top. If you think the bartender is going to pay any attention to you you are wrong unless (apparently) she knows you. There were a total of 3 whole people sitting there (including me). The problem with 500 things on the menu is you don’t do enough of them well. Oh and maybe act like you care if your customers are having an enjoyable experience. That might help. I won’t be back.

Absolutely terrible. The service was EXTREMELY slow, the food came out cold, and we had to practically beg for water refills. This would have been somewhat okay if the place was actually busy, but we went late and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. The only saving grace was the manager who was helpful and respectful.

(December 20, 2017: 5:30pm) VERY POOR SERVICE and the place wasn't even packed! After flying all my two sisters and I went to BJ's for dinner. The hostess (Sarah - not sure how she spelled her name) was horrible. We had a baby and she tried to seat us at a high booth table and asked if we wanted a booster chair. Umm...no ....DUMB! And then she sat us at a table where after 15 minutes our waiter Shawn asked us for our drink order. We ordered water, a Manny's, and Budlight! He came back to the table 5 minutes later with water....took another 3 minutes for our beer, which he brought to us warm. When we placed our orders, we thought we would get warm food. WRONG! My melted cheese on my sandwich had already been hardened, the fries were far from warm and the macaroni and cheese stale on top, as if it had set under a warmer for a while. Our server was the worst we've experienced in a long time. There was a party of 8 or ten that sat to our right (that showed up after us), that had constant service and we noticed that their drinks were very prompt as was their food! The only one that took time to accompany us was a server named Jacob - unclear how to spell his name). Very polite and helpful! We thanked him and told him he was great! When it came time for the bill (3 separate checks), Shawn, our server, took his sweet time to bring us our bill. You could see the pay station was about 20 feet from our table. He chose to chat with fellow co-workers and then proceeded to answer questions and take orders from the large table...note this table motioned him over. Standing near our table, waiting for the bill, we interrupted him and he brought us our checks. We left him no tip and we left with the poorest service from BJ's ever! BAD!

Went to the Southcenter location for dinner on a Monday night and was disappointed in waiting 30 minutes for a table, sub par table service, and low quality food. See the pics I posted; total waste of money.

Service was slow and we were the first ones in the restaraunt. Dirty floors and tables and chairs. Friendly, energetic employees. Food was good.
