Nice decor, large menu on food selection. Loud atmosphere, long wait times on weekends, crowded. Best to visit during weekdays and before evening rush. They do have great tasting cheese cakes... 😎

Our server's name was Ricardo, he greeted us and left us for 20 minutes, he finally came back to take our order. We waited 30more minutes until the steak came out, and it was medium rare instead of medium well. We told another server about it and she took it back. We waited another 10minutes and still our server didn't come to check on us. Finally after spending an hour waiting, we decided to leave and on our way out, saw Ricardo (our server) chatting with someone behind the counter in cheesecake area. He didn't even apologize, just said I'm gonna cancel your food. We called the manager named Greg, and he didn't seem to care at all, he just said "you guys left" what were we supposed to do? Wait another hour? We ordered the most expensive food on the menu and that's how we were treated. People who came after us, ate and left, while we were still waiting. Don't go if you want a good service that's worth your time and money.

Went here for breakfast on Sunday they open at 10 am. First the good, the service is friendly with nice atmosphere and good background music. Now the not so good the wait was a little long for the food and when it arrived parts of it was look warm. Note get there early and ask for a window seat.

This restaurant is huge and has many seating areas. You can choose a table, or a booth near a busy bar and television area or sit in a different area that is a little more quiet. Very tall ceilings with a lot of art and decor to look at and enjoy while you wait for your meal.

We walked in with a party of 7 and were told by the manager that we would have to wait for 30 minutes. It was 3:30, Wednesday, August 9. This was fine with us. However, 40 minutes rolled by and we watched the lobby clear twice with many parties of 3, 4 and 5. When we questioned the manager he said he was waiting on a busser to clear our table. My response was that if I was the manager and had a party who's bill would easily be over $100, I would have cleared the table myself. I cannot believe a manager is too high and mighty to make sure his customers got a table quickly. Our server was great. The hostess was great. The food was great. The managers laughed at my suggestion. Very sad.
