The food is consistent and good. I had an incident in a parking lot with a driver from this store. It was the drivers fault. I want to make a point to say this though, the driver and the manager handled it in the best way possible. The whole experience was impressive and they should be commended for it. Things happen and preventable or not the way you handle it afterwords speaks volumes about a business. Easy 5 stars.

They are always so slow. Jimmy Johns is supposed to be freaky fast, but it always takes then over an hour to deliver. Also we aren't far from them, it shouldn't take as long as it does.

I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. They have quick, friendly, super fast service and simple orders. Sandwiches are always delicious and always make me want to come back for more. I wish they would add a lot more sandwiches to their menu the same way they do everything now. I think if they added a few more things there menu people would love it even more. I think they should serve hot sandwiches also but the way they still do their cold sandwiches. They should make many more sandwiches then what they have on the menu, and I think they would be an even bigger hit. Great food, great service.

Ordered online and had sandwiches delivered. The order arrived quickly, the delivery lad was friendly and efficient, and the sammies were accurately made-to-order.

The guys who were working when I went in tonight were great. Super friendly, great service, and made my experience very positive. Tasty sandwich too!
