I went to this location on Friday evening to get a salad for dinner. After I paid my bill with a bank card, I checked my bank account online.  The waiter had charge my bank card to the wrong check.  The charge was for a larger amount.  Must have been many people at that table. My check that I sign for was the right amount.
This put my account bank account in to overdraft.  On Saturday I had to go to the bank.
They said wait until the transaction goes through Monday or Tuesday then disputed it. Saturday at 11am I went to BJ’s Restaurant and meet with the manager.  She said the wrong check was charged, but then was canceled.  It should drop off on Monday.  I told her about the overdraft and she said sorry. They will call the bank if the fee is not waved.  Thank God I have another bank card and account.  God for forbid if this happened to someone who need access to their account. Poor customer service!
Check your charges or best not eat here. Too many restaurants beside this one..

Greet place tons of menu options,  very clean and upscale.  Some of the menu has small letters so bring your reading glasses if you have trouble with tiny fonts.  Try the double bone in pork chop,  it's amazing.   Their fries  are really good,  a bit crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside.  The French dip is also very good.   Had the chicken tortilla soup and it w vey good.

Good food great atmosphere, the in house beer was standard fair with a good variety. No specialty beers that seem to be more common these days. They really need to set up some heaters outside so that everyone doesn't try to cram in the entry way. Or expand the waiting area.

I love this place! My husband and I love coming to this restaurant, let's just say when I'm lazy to cook and he's lazy to order, he will end up saying "let's go to BJ's!" There are so many options to choose (for both food and drinks) oh and the Pizookie is literally to die for! A couple of times I have seen people just stop by only for a Pizookie. Anyway, I've never had problems with customer service or the food! Weekend nights do get busy but I've never waited for more than 15 mins to be seated. I would definitely recommend this place!

Service and food has been great both times I've been to this location.  Would recommend stopping by any day of the week.
